Of course it would, keep telling yourself that.

Well maybe it wouldn't appeal to the few people who hate skillful gameplay (you), but competitives and simple casuals alike would be satisfied.

Oh and you should apply for a job at 343i.

It's good to know that we're continuing the tradition of bad mouthing the current Halo game.

I'm shocked people are saying Reach is better than Halo 4.

I.....have no words for those people.

Agreed. All the changes are good and add variety. Do we really want another Halo 3? Just running around with one gun and no armor abilities? It's good that 343 wants to try something new. Do we really want the same thing for three more games?

If not Halo 4, Halo 5 will ruin the franchise. It was already on a decline and Halo 4 just increased that decline.

I understand nothing because my life is a conspiracy.

Who were they exactly?

But yeah, the franchise is definitely not what it was before the switch.

This sort of thing has happened since the release of Halo 2. Every single time a new game releases, the community continues the cycle.

It will happen again when Halo 5 releases.

343 needs to overhaul the game in a dual MM update and title update. Wipe infinity slayer off the face of the earth, and get back to actual Halo.

Pretty much this
EDIT: It's not that I don't like the game. I very much do. It's that infinity slayer in my opinion blows. So, as long as there are other playlist, I'll keep playing Halo 4.

What you mean MLG? Haha thats funny.

Most "Skilled" players say "I play MLG im pro im better than you wanna 1v1??" Quite frankly im glad that is gone. Skillful gameplay doesn't mean use 1 overpowered weapon (BR or CE Pistol) and glitches like super bouncing and BxR.

All the Halo games people adore are bugged and unbalanced, Reach and 4 are the most balanced games in the series yet people hate them.

Just admit you love unbalanced games you can exploit and then call yourself awesome.

You're a complete -blam!- moron.

Except these so called Mlg players are the best compared to the default warriors you talk about. I take 30 of the best reach default player and put them against Mlg top 30 they wouldn't stand a chance. Anyways who were the 4 twiggy?

How is scoring points any different to scoring kills exactly?

It's not. I just find it the games are much quicker(my opinion). Infinity Slayer is just not a playlist I find myself playing to often. I just don't find it fun, although I do play a lot of Big Team which I find fun. I don't know if it's because there are more people or because of the maps.

I don't want to start another account for a digital number that has no true value in ten years.

I remember so many people used to play Halo. Almost all my friends have drifted away from the series, most after Reach, a few others after this game. The series truly isn't the same and its sad that it'll never be the same as when Halo 3 was "in".

Not really halo 4 is based on luck halo reach although a low skill gap had one.

How, exactly, is Halo 4 based on luck when the key component of Reach's luck factor--bloom--has been thrown out?

Bloom is still on the dmr. And there is thing called personal ordnance whih means no matter how good you are you roll the dice luck and might get something good. Sure reach had bloom but it dd t change the way the game was played.

I was in 7th grade, remember everyone was talking about that game, it was huge. More than any other game ever when being released.

It is possible to commit no errors and still lose. That is not a weakness. That is life.

Cheeto is the only one among you that doesn't suck.

Halo 4 does have a few issues to resolve, but once they do it, the game will be much more enjoyable.

As for people quitting, they're immature, unreasonable, and likely just doing it for attention.

343 will likely respond to some, if not all of the issues, but it does take time to correct the issues, especially when you have to make sure the corrections don't upset the balance any further.

If after 6 months and none of the problems have even been attempted to be fixed, then you can cry foul and quit the game.

Bloom on the DMR in Halo 4 is practically nonexistant. In Reach, it made any longer range encounter a coin toss on whether or not you'd get the headshot because it was strategically beneficial to just spam it.

Ordinance I can slightly agree with, slightly. And that's because getting the ordinance isn't the end. You still have to kill with it. Against good players, an ordinance user can be destroyed very quickly.

So skill ultimately ends up winning out.

That's a pretty bold statement because I dislike a video game. I'm immature for not liking a halo game based on luck?
