But all silliness aside, immediate, visible results will not be clearly visible for the first one or two weeks, unless you build muscle like the Hulk.
After being in the program for longer, you will realize that you are stronger and your physique is better than before, but for me it has never been instantaneous.
Just keep at it day by day, eat food that is healthy and gives you carbs and protein. Pretty straight-forward stuff. Fish is good at building muscle, but you gotta watch out for mercury or something in it, I don't remember.
