non aerodynamic shapes
Because aliens wouldn't be dumb enough to know how to travel space, but not how to reduce friction.
There's no friction in space. Learn basic science. There is no AIR RESISTANCE in space: there is friction.
Learn basic science.
Also, aren't UFO's supposed to be spotted in the atmosphere, where this is air resistance?
Why does it matter where they're spotted. And the friction in space is near zero. Stop acting like you know what you're talking about. So what you are attempting to tell me is that the third law of physics (every action has an equal and opposite reaction, the cause of friction) does not apply in space?
There may be no air resistance in space (no air), thus aerodynamics do not apply, but there is certainly friction.
OP, I'm not too sure that you understand friction. When you rub your hands together, you make heat. Why? Friction. Why don't you slip whenever you walk? Because friction keeps your feet from sliding around.
If you are claiming that friction does not exist in space, why would it even be possible to live on a spacecraft? Without friction, anyone leaving the planet (in a spacecraft, of course), would die because their bodies would no longer be able to function without friction. The heart for example, would not be able to pump blood, it would just slide around without friction.
Sorry, OP, but you are mistaken in your assumption that one of the basic laws that governs out universe does not exist in space.
