The Didact the is introduced in Halo 4 is the Ur Didact. He is the same didact that is shown shown in the terminals before and during the Human-forerunner wars. He is the same on and matches the size description of the Ur Didact in Cryptum. He is much too large to be Bornstellar. Bornstellar is a builder with a warrior servant imprint(Didact) while the Ur Didact is a warrior servant with a warrior servant imprint. If it was the Bornstellar Didact in Halo 4, he should have looked much different than the Ur Didact in the terminals.

Yup.

I posted this because many people seem to believe that the didact in Halo 4 is the Bornstellar Didact.

Exactly. He was also probably the one who fired the rings.

No, we are just saying this in order to educate those who think otherwise.

But wasn't the Ur Didact executed by the Master Builder in Cryptum also?

according to the description of silentium the Ur Didact was actually left for dead on a flood-infested world.

That wouldn't matter , as Bornstellar events happened 100,000 years before Halo 3 anyways.. :P

Oh good.

I totally thought 343 just chucked Halo 3's terminals away

well, yeah, but I'm saying that he couldn't have been saying that since Halo 3 because no one knew the BS Didact existed.
