So I have a Wrestling tournament tomorrow morning. I weighed 169.6 after practice(before I took the browns to the superbowl), and I was wondering if a plate of beans, a salad, and a couple glasses of water is fine to eat. I have to weigh in at 170 lbs tomorrow morning. If I go for a run tomorrow tonight and eat some oatmeal in the morning, will I be at 170 lbs?
If you need to weigh a bit more, then you want to retain water. So make sure you have lots of salt on your food and drink lots of water.
Wrong, you drink the food and eat the water.
