<(-_-)> Teh mokey is not amused

People have been complaining about AAs since reach began as well as how much Halo has become like CoD. I just wanted to say how amusing I find it that one of the most hated features of new halo games has never even been in the call of duty franchise.

I guess a discussion topic: Discuss things you dislike about halo 4 that have nothing to do with CoD.

The lack of replayability.

Campaign and spartan ops have no scoring or theater. This can be a huge setback.

Also you can't save whole games in theater you can only save film clips.

Rain, and Jazz.
Halo: Tactical

I'm either a fool or an inteligent man, depending on how sleepy or angry I am.

I originaly made an account on 07.27.2007 but I wanted to link my GT and made this account. Don't forget your passwords!

343i based most of their gameplay formulas off of Halo: Reach instead of Halo 3. Not to mention that Frankie himself said that they were going to use CoD mechanics better than CoD itself did. Watching him say that crushed all hopes I had for it.

Anyone know where I can get the recent multiplayer stats on the game? Last I checked it was under 400K and had hit 300K once or something.

I am a penguin. Every day I boogie on down to the water, and eat fish. Once, while fishing in the deepest depths, I saw great Cthulhu... And he said to me "Shine, to thine own self be true. They can't tell you what to do once you've gone guru." Also, I should tell you, "slide".

You can save whole films... The UI is just dumb and unintuitive so, it takes some exploring to figure it out. Hit start > files > films & clips > temporary history > highlight the desired film and press "y" to save it in it's entirety. Matchmade MP and custom MP films only.

Yeah. There's a whole lot I'd change about H4.

The human element always mucks things up.

I wouldn't mind the random weapon spawns if they didn't take a -blam!- eternity in BTB.

For those who wish to contact me on Xbox LIVE, my main account is "The 7th Taco", and the one linked with my profile here is only a backup.

I really dislike all the things wrong with Forge/Custom Games... There's just so much they left out that could've made Halo 4 so much better.

Theater is also another issue. I hope they put in Campaign/Spartan Ops Theater sometime in the future.

Besides those things, I have very few complaints.

AA's are clearly the logical evolution of Halo 3's equipment. People just like to -blam!- about change.

The only thing I've disliked about 4 is the locked emblems. I wasn't able to get the emblem I've used for the past five years until SR44, or something like that. A relatively minor complaint hower.

At least you are allowed access to your lineage.

I don't have access to the Marathon Emblem, nor the one I used in Reach.

I have to build my unique identity from scratch.

Sorry bro. I was afraid the flaming ninja would be out too considering its a bungie thing, but thankfully, that was not the case.

If there was one thing 343 imported from CoD that I would be okay with, is the ability to create your own emblem.

1) You're an idiot.

2) Halo 3's equipment was garbage. But most of the time it was just too weak to actually break the game. Armor abilities isn't an evolution of that idea as much as it is extrapolation (and -blam!- game design).

That's like, your opinion man. Whether you agree with the inclusion of AA's (or equipment), there's no denying they are the next step for equipment. Bungie had an idea and expanded on it in the next game, just as they have before. Hell, some of the iteriorations have even been slight variations of the already existing ones, i.e. drop shield in Reach and regen in 4. And for the record, extrapolation = logical progression.
