Furious George: The new -blam!-

I only eat two meals a day. I know it's bad but I would rather sleep in than eat breakfast.

Nope. I usually only have 2 meals per day, I'm never up early enough for breakfast.

It's still waiting for you to have it no matter when you roll out of bed. That's the beauty of it not being called "morning meal".

I've got a fan!

6 meals isn't necessarily better than 3 meals; the idea that your metabolism will be boosted so you burn more calories from workouts is debateable. Regardless, there's a thing called a 'pre-workout meal' for a reason.

Obviously it's good for bulking though.

I'm doing it for weight gain, not to boost my metabolism.

Woops, caught your edit.

Cool, that should do it. Good luck...I've never been one to struggle with gains. It's the losses that are tough for me.

I don't know how you can do that, if I NEED my brekky. Like, lunch I can skip, but not breakfast...

Church: "tucker, i think he means a pacifier"

Oh yea, it's really not that hard. The term "meal" doesn't really define a portion. Many fitness experts recommend eating 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism running high.

Yes I try to get in 5-6 meals a day. I wouldn't call them meals more like snacks, but it's more about what I'm eating and how often. Usually about every three to four hours.

It ramps up the metabolism considerably especially if I'm eating healthy things. Almonds, Apples, lean meats and so on.

I eat full meals to gain weight. My metobilic rate has been keeping me skinny for a while, so this is basically my only option. I have to take in a lot of calories per day to even maintain my weight.
For me it was about burning fat. During my last deployment I made a decision to loose fat. My goal wasn't to get bigger but to trim down considerably. It worked. I went from 168 down to a healthy and trim 145. I was working out six days a week for about 60 minutes. The diet combined with daily workouts is what got me burning fat.

Diet and exercise, it actually works.

I try to eat at least 2500 calories a day (trying to gain weight), but 6 FULL meals is impossibru

If you get a chance to talk to K-Mart, tell him Mabian misses him...

He won't remember me, but it's always nice to let a complete stranger on the internet know that you care.

Sir I can't help but get the sense that you don't want to really talk about this, you want to "nail" me.

The difference between a fast and a slow metabolism is about 200 calories.
