Commander Shepard would have been charged with murder, theft, insubordination, mutiny, genocide, war crimes... That's just one.
So, who else would be in that prison with him?
No, because he's a Spectre so he's given a lot of leeway. Who would put him in prison? Not humanity, that's for sure. How many Spectres are alive today? Do they answer to the UN?
They only officially answer to that alien council thing w/e can't remember what it's called. Unless you meant that commander Shepard was here irl without all the alien stuff, in which case he would just be a soldier and wouldn't be in jail for anything because he never would have done all those things. So either way, Shepard is free.Well, I said in real life in the OP.
If you took the way they behaved in game and put that in real life.
Shepard punched a reporter, takes whatever he finds in any unlocked container, shoots everybody...
And that's just getting warmed up. In real life, Shep would be a war criminal.
Nope because he only did that as a Spectre with that leeway. If he's not a Spectre, he doesn't act like that (see his early career where people only have good things to say) and if he is a Spectre, he does act like that but he can't be held accountable.
Check and mate.
