tl;dr my job makes it easier for the customer service people to help the customer
Corporate customers or regular idiots?

Mostly corporate customers, for example. but there are some smaller businesses using the enterprise software.

OP is beneath the outsourced Indians that provide the customer service.

Not exactly, my job is a bit more important than theirs, and somewhat harder.

They arent in the same "line" of jobs.

I don't work in customer service. My data is used by customer service people.

What sort of qualifications are necessary for such a job?

Seeing as how my question was passed, I'll ask again.

Why do you insist on making The Flood your BlogSpot?

IT is the anus of any large company. The level of a job can be rated by what sort of people are allowed to boss you around and complain to you.

If your data is wrong, you get complained to by outsourced retard labor in Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, or wherever in India your company has decided to outsource. Which is sad.

I guess, geez. Turning the Flood into his own personal reddit.

Which I find funny, he said ask me anything, I'm asking him, and he's choosing to not answer my question. It's not anything, it's almost anything, which really means, if I don't like the question, I'm just going to pretend you aren't there.

lol

Those aren't the people who will complain to me. lol I will get complained to by the team leader. who would have gotten complained to by the team director

The team director would have been complained to by the department VP

Who would have been complained to by nobody
