Subject: So I just watched Looper *Spoilers*

Anyone that says "They should have shown adult Rainmaker blah blah blah" doesn't understand that the film wasn't about The Rainmaker.

Unofficial Thread Killer/Combo-breaker.

Young Joe was obviously starting to fall in love with that girl from the ranch. He would have had his career ended, as the Rainmaker wouldn't be sending any baddies back if his mom wasn't shot. Joe would never have had the money, nor would he have had the drive to just run away as fast and far as he could. He never ends up with the Asian chick. He raises the Rainmaker himself as his step-father.

Rainmaker never goes nuts, all things end up okay.

The plot as is was fine. Trying to convince someone so stuck in their ways to stop is hard to do. Especially when they're out of range of your gun.

Studies show that men think about sex every 7 seconds. I do my best to eat hotdogs in under 6, just so things don't get weird.

Please allow me to introduce Myself

I've been around for a long, long year

Would you say its a good watch?

Bruce Willis every now and again stars in really good sci-fi movies. The problem is that sometimes he stars in really bad ones too. 5th Element = Awesome. Surrogate = Terrible.

If you're a zombie and you know it, bite your friends.

The Flood Theory of Deterioration: q(p)=(qi)e^(-p/r)

Where q(p) is the quality of the thread as a function of p posts, (qi) is the inital quality of the first post, p is the amount of posts and r is the e-peen of the original poster.

I say it was. I also agree with you on The 5th Element being awesome.

If you want to read my favourite time travel story, here you go. It's called All You Zombies and is by Robert A. Heinlein. It's not that long, and is just a really well done time travel story. Quite interesting to read.
