Hi guys. I just finished the final touches on my final project for my Level Design II class. It's a map I made in UDK, using completely custom assets--all the trees, textures, and models are my own. (obviously this only applies to the map istelf. The guns, HUD, and characters are default UDK test stuff).

Not that special. but not bad either, I just hate the overused lightshafts in maps and games.


That reminds me, the skybox actually is not my own, it's a default UDK one. My oversight. But yeah, the lightshaft is part of that skybox.

I've also noticed how random the BSP structures were done, idk how much time you spent into making all of it but just try to make it look better next time.


I'm not gonna lie, I definitely could've spent a LOT more time on some, if not most, of the assets. (namely the cliff and the windmill--I am NOT satisfied with them. Alas, I am out of time).

also, none of the map is BSP. I have a landscape for the terrain, and static meshes for everything else.
