It seems the manufacturer has used a different "pop-out" (can't think of anything else to call it) than a standard 360 game. Some of my other special/limited edition tins are also like this.

Has anyone else found the Halo 4 disc annoying to get out?

You have to take it out by pulling the outline of the disk, not from the circle in the center. Try it out.

Use your head. The one on your shoulders. No really, just try. Please?

Better than the Halo 3 disk eating limited edition.

Yeah, I was scared that my disc was gonna break.

I put the main Halo 4 disc in special disc holder.

I know, but it still requires a bit of fiddling. Why change it anyway?

I had a friend who fell victim to that. I bought the regular edition, but it must have sucked to have that happen.

Well I don't put it in the case anymore. I just left the second disk in there, but I always keep disc 1 in another green box of another game.

No point in putting something funny, clever or informative here. Most probably im going to get perma-banned anyway.

I havent observed that with the Halo 4 LE because I didnt get that one but the Mass Effect 3 LE also has that problem. There is one disc on top of the other and both of them instead of having like a full circle that holds them, they have a half circle. To compensate for this I guess they made them in a way to ensure that they dont fall off by kinda locking the disc once its there. I felt that i was going to brake them trying to get the out so i cut part of the half circle things just so I would be in the clear.

I think that's what I'll do.

It's probably just my paranoia for things I paid a high price for, but better safe than sorry right?

The limited edition tin is really weird. It just doesn't feel right having to bend the disc to get it out.

Just do what I did. Cut part of the circle thing with scissors or something.

Do you mean the pop out or the semi-circle surrounding the disc, because I can actually see that working if you're talking about the semi-circle.

im talking about the pop out. Which im assuming its the circle thing that goes in the hole of the disc when you put it in the box.

Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. That works better than having to use another case.

Now to try and not annihilate my case. . .
