Most of them already do in some respect

That's the same for almost everyone on the flood

Don't try to deny it

Even you OP

Never go full retard like you just did.
Most of the flood likes rock or a directly related genre. Rock is a form of pop music, therefore most of the flood likes pop music to some degree.

TRU7H. CARNAGE. BUNGIE

Marty is doing pop now!?

Actually my favorite band plays "pop"... It's just not the same -blam!- that you call pop in 'murica..

the language difference is interesting in this case. English wiki says it's a rock band...

A cornered fox is more dangerous than a jackal.

And from FOX, two phantoms were born.

Doesn't pop just mean popular

In a sense. It is music that appeals to the general populace.

Music can really be put into two sections, Pop Music and Art Music. Art Music is stuff like classical music and highly experimental artistic works in sound. Pop Music is most of the other stuff, mostly listened to for entertainment instead of artistic appreciation.

Soundtrack music is a bit of a grey area in this respect. So is Jazz but I feel that it leans more to the side of art music.

Gather around the campfire, once it goes out, it's out for good.

I listen to all their 80's stuff anyways.

A competitive players main goal is to win.
A casuals main goal is to have fun regardless of whether that results in a win or loss.
It has nothing to do with individual skill or knowledge, it has to do with the reason you play.

Oasis.

We'll their music was pop/rock so no big deal, if it'd be auto-tune -blam!- then I don't know.

I'm your biggest fan!

LOL everybody on the flood already listens almost exclusively to pop music anyway.

well... "pop" isn't really music. It means popular. And "pop" is whatever that's popular.
But how do we classify "popular"? I would say, mainstream.
Whatever it is that's played on hit radio can be called pop music.
From a musical standpoint, "pop" really doesn't exist as a genre.
It's really all about popularity in the mainstream. So I suppose but putting all of us in the same bag was really an ass hat thing to do.

I'd find a new favorite band.

Per Audacia Ad Astra

I don't have a favourite band, does that automatically mean everyone now sings pop?

Why not stop by my File Share while you're here?

~Long Live Halo 2
Only regret is I didn't play more of it.

If you haven't noticed by now, I'm sort of a jerk.

ADTR is technically pop. Just very, very heavy pop-punk.
