I made a hot topic a while back posting videos about the conflict in Egypt and Middle Eastern area. It contained graphic footage of the shootings and killings of the innocent. I never got banned because its a relevant subject going on in the world that needs to be exposed.

I never got banned because its a relevant subject going on in the world that needs to be exposed. What the hell does that supposed to mean? So now the mods are obligated to filter content? They should now decide what's important and what's not important? How about the videos of white people getting jumped by black people during the Trayvon Martin incident? Those were also on Live Leak, however, the users that posted THOSE videos were hit with bans for "racism" (some were justified, but others were plain undeserved).
That's a retarded reason for a mod to spare some content and ban for others. I also have factual evidence to point towards why that is bull-blam!- in the following quote from Recon himself.

You posted a link to a YouTube page that then warned of mature content. I don't have to watch the content in order to then judge, if YouTube is warning for mature content, you shouldn't link to it. Period.
I invalidated that argument in multiple ways. You are eligible for at the very least a thread lock and warning (whether it be a warning ITT or through Disembodied Soul).
