Studies show that men think about sex every 7 seconds. I do my best to eat hotdogs in under 6, just so things don't get weird.

Getting hit 5-10 times counts as getting beaten up? Hell I don't even think the kid was on the ground let alone bleeding from that. I just think because he is retarded that he is getting some kind of special attention which just sickens me.
Does it matter? The kids a bully. Whatever happens to him, I feel nothing for him.

Hopefully anon will publish his families bank info and SS#'s so they can have their identities stolen and made homeless.

Lol yeah that's great. The kid gets in a fight and his whole families life suffers. That's great.

You're a clown. You feel nothing? Why? Because you got bullied and were too much of a coward to stand up for yourself?

So, you try to bully even online?

See? Incapable of learning.

Well, your views on disability sicken me, really you're just spreading your disease, aren't you?

I am just saying how it is. If it was a normal kid barely anybody would care since getting hit a few times is quite common. Sure it is still bullying, but that kind of stuff is commonplace nowadays. If anything there is more protection/awareness now than there was years ago. Now you can argue the kid can't fight back, but really if your kid is that defenseless you shouldn't have him hang around those kinds of people.

It IS because he has a disability. If this was going on for a while its bullying if this was just a one time thing then this is assault. He may not have gotten beaten up but he WAS attacked.

I concur, a regular person being beaten up is less newsworthy, but a regular person has the ability to know when to get out of a situation and to fight back, someone with a mental condition doesn't have those abilities, they're literally the most vulnerable members of society, so of course we can't tolerate abuse in this form.

I'm not a man of violence. But I'm ashamed to see that this is what my youth's generation partake in. I hope that the kid is okay and that those other three are punished for what they did.

The fact that he was beaten for being disabled isn't disgusting, but empathy towards him is?

I find your disrespect towards disabled people disgusting and frankly I think you're just trying to look like a cool guy with edgy opinions

I never said what the kids did was right. I just view the publicity that is given due to him being retarded as wrong. Things like this aren't unusual nor should they be treated as a something big/special. As for being disrespectful hardly I have learned a long time ago you either stand up for yourself or get walked all over. Really the only thing special/different you can say is he can't defend himself, but even then I have seen a decent amount of retards fight back and being praised for doing so while others that have fought back have gotten in trouble. It is a double standard that is there as proof in this topic too.

Everyone can fight back to some extent. Now sure you could say he was defenseless, but I can easily come up with situations where a normal kid gets bullied by an athlete. Similar things happen treating it special due to disabilities imo is just wrong which is what this is doing. Also being retarded doesn't mean you can't hit back it just means the kid is less likely.

Clearly you have missed the point and you don't understand disabilities.

I was calling an edgy teenager with a dark n edgy post the moment I looked at this thread.

Called it.

Funny very funny now unless you have some kind of counterargument or contribution to this thread don't even bother posting.

The fact that you can use such derogatory terminology kind of invalidates any point you make, you clearly don't understand so I'm not going to bother trying to explain how and why that's not the case...

Part of what I said was addressing your use of the word 'retard'. It's an offensive term. It's like calling ghey people f*ggots or black people the N word.

Honestly I just use the term because it is faster than writing mentally disabled. I don't mean it in a negative way like you think I do. As for saying I don't understand is far from true growing up and having multiple mentally disabled people in my classes/school I would beg to differ. If anything I find it funny how you are trying to make me out as ignorant to disprove my argument instead of backing up why your side is right.

Okay dude, What is this, chill out. This sort of thing is horrible. But it isn't a matter of "this is just another case," but rather the fact that those kids had the audacity to video themselves and then go and post it on Facebook. One could argue that they are more idiots now than before because they posted the video. Who knows, all that I know is the simple fact that we are discussing the disgusting nerve these kids had to tape and post the video for the public to see. And because of that nerve, we all are offended.

Words are only offensive if you are using them in a negative way. Personally I don't see an issue using a shorter phrase to describe the same thing. Mentally retard and mentally disabled mean the same exact thing. Now I guess I could say disabled, but that could mean a larger variety of problems.
