Well, I've been economical with the truth.

It's very good at taking down shields, actually just a moment ago I got an overkill with it.

You are the Assault Rifle?

Yeah your friend must be high or something. The real issue is that everything revolves around the DMR. I'm sick looking at the freaking gun now.

Getting killed by it is particularly annoying because it takes no skill to spray someone with it.

The fix for it is so simple, too. It just needs a slight RoF nerf, kind of like what happened to the Magnum between the Reach beta and final game.

You look around. You fire your weapon before you realize.
Its just me. I fall and you walk up. You cry why.
When i pop up. You look at me in wonder. I say,"ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL."
You bend to my will and go to a cliff, walk off, and fall.
The last thing you hear is me stating as fact,"All will fail the battle of life, you just went early"

The assault rifle is not OP. At all.

What house has a rocket pod, has legs, and has a long narrow barrel that probably shoots something powerful?

Sounds like you're describing the lower half of my body, actually.

They made the Assault rifle like that because they know people can't get kills with a precision weapon. Keep it as is. They need as many casual players as possible to be able to compete with Black Ops 2 pop.

The AR is perfect in H4. It's the DMR that's super OP. How the -blam!- does a crouched, stationary guy five feet away kill me with his DMR when I have a -blam!- turret and we start firing at the same time?
DMR needs a nerf.

Black Ops II is definitely not casual. Games like Plants vs Zombies, Angry Birds etc. are definitely casual as they require less of a learning curve.

Casual games can be fun. I don't get why people here have such a twisted definition of a casual game.

People are using the term "casual" in the same manner as "noob". It shouldn't be used like that, but that's how it is.

Tell me how a unbalanced multiplayer system where a progressive rank gives you better weapons, and killstreak. Killstreaks that promote camping, and the game aiming for you has a learning curve and isn't a casual game?

I need a explanation how the game to the core, the randomness of guns takes skill. It is almost as if you are telling me, Reach has a learning curve to it.

I feel like it's an okay weapon. Not something I would want to use though.

Your friend is wrong, just saying. Especially since the AR can be beat by anyone with the DMR, BR, or Light Rifle.

You'd be surprised. My father plays Angry Birds and such games all the time, but took months just to know how to play CoD. The same with most of the other people I know who aren't gamers.
