Same thing as root(25x/x^3) = root(25/x^2) = 5/x

So basically sqrt(25x)/sqrt(x^3) as that is a sensible way to present it.

So

[(25x)^(1/2)]/[((x^3)(1/2)]
= 5*[(x)^(1/2)]/[(x^(^3/2)]
=5*1/x
=5/x

Edit: Fixed I think.

Unreal, isn't it?

They're both to the same exponent, so you can divide out an x. Then you get 25/x^2 all under a square root. Then it's just the square root of each individually, so you get 5/x.

[Remember, when you have numbers being multiplied under a square root, you can treat them as either being put to the power individually, or you can multiply/divide them first and then put the result to the power. Square root is 1/2 as an exponent.]
