Alt account #4 because i can!

do they sound like babies crying at anytime? i went to take my dog out (2 AM here) and i hear what sounds like a baby, but not as constant as a baby. like, cry for 2 seconds, stop for 2 seconds.

it was very creepy. it stopped with a scream like sound and sort of a raspy hiss then it started again.

Studies show that men think about sex every 7 seconds. I do my best to eat hotdogs in under 6, just so things don't get weird.

Please allow me to introduce Myself

Yeah. Its one of the creepier things they do. One of my three does that at about 2 in the morning. It scared the -blam!- out of us the first time he did it. Now we are used to it.

Ehh, sometimes

My cat doesn't really but I has tons of stray cats in my backyard that do.

Actually there's some scientific evidence that they mimic babies to get humans attention.

Cats are manipulative little -blam!-s. They do that because they seem to have figured out that it's a pitch that people have a hard time ignoring. It's almost impossible to tune it out.

just one of my four cats makes that sound, the others do a sound like a purrr, but short.

or didn´t get castraded on time lol

Yeah, cats will do that sometimes. It normally means they're in heat (if unfixed), or just lonely and want attention(if fixed). There could other reasons for it to, but those are the most common from my experience.(coming from someone who has had at least 2 cats in the house for my entire 20 years of existence)

My cat just trills and flys around

Watch this

They usually do it when confronting another cat.

Unless you are talking about when they Yowl. Only some cats do it, I had one who did, and it was very rarely. Usually when it was stuck or couldn't find anybody

I know everything, I've just forgotten most of it.

Also, my XBL Gamertag is 'Wenggh', not 'A Stolen Fruit'.

I've never heard my Cat sound like that.

My Kitteh just squeaks.

On another note, my dog makes weird high-pitched noises when he's asleep, like he's just giving out rapid-fire whimpers.

He's eight years old and counting. I'm not sure how to feel ;_;

it could just be the position in which it sleeps, and age may be other my factor, one my dogs snors, i don´t how to spell the word, but the weird noises people do with the nose and mouth when sleeping.

A competitive players main goal is to win.
A casuals main goal is to have fun regardless of whether that results in a win or loss.
It has nothing to do with individual skill or knowledge, it has to do with the reason you play.

My girlfriend's cat has been living with us for a while now and I've never heard of such thing.

  • 12.02.2012 12:41 AM PDT
