By the way, a real squat is not to 90 degrees or even to parallel. It is below parallel before you come up. So remember that before you post your glute clench 705 squat.
I was going to come in her and say "more than you glute clench" but you sort of beat me to it. I can't squat anymore because I hurt my knees but I used to be able to pull off 265.
