It was once said that a million monkeys at a million keyboards could reproduce the works of shakespeare... Now thanks to the internet we know that this is not true

Good, OP. The police force really does abuse their power most of the time. It's good to see someone finally put them in their place.
Because parking wrong outside a 711 is abusing power.
Anytime a police officer breaks the law and expects to get away with it, he is abusing his power.
Parking outside of a 7-11 isn't an abuse of power. Parking in the emergency lane outside of the 7-11 to get a soda is an abuse of power.
WOW
you are just an idiot, cool you brought a cop to court and got him fined $45 dollars, brav-fricken-o.
Who cares if a cop parks in an emergency lane, he has a radio and if there is an emergency he can move before the response gets there, and what happens if there is an emergency and he needs to leave quickly, the fire lane is the quickest way to get out.
Your country is on the brink of collapsing economically, (and it will bring the world with it if it does) and you decide to take a cop to court and waste tax-payers money all for $45 dollars, good job
So if I have a police scanner I am allowed to park in the street and partially block traffic because
"if there is an emergency I can move before it gets there" ?
