The only problem I have in my life has a solution but I am not good with staying committed. I'm going to be straightforward, I am a damn weak person. I can't seem to commit myself to a system of working out. Over the summer I had a plan where I would do 100 push ups and 100 sit ups every day. I only got through two days. How can I motivate myself to maintain this system?

Please stop complaining about the 'death of a loved one' it's my job. They probably deserved it anyways. Here's a warning, if you keep making pentagrams out of the neighbors livestock I will personally come to your house and kill everyone you love. Now leave me alone, I got to get back to work.

Happily married to Fatal_Coin_Vest since July 1st, 2009.

Thank you, Captain K Mart.

I've failed on committing to workout the last two summers. But this March I got a membership to a gym for super cheap, and I told my friends that we should start working out and that this gym was super cheap. We've been working out steadily since then. It's no longer work for me, I want to work out. I would go on my own no problem.

So tl;dr? Go with friends.

And dude... that bod. I've noticed big differences in the short time I've been working out. It's wonderful. Next summer is going to be so fantastic. Just think, you could have that. But you have to start now. Don't wait on it. Just go do it tomorrow. Go find a place. Text your friends tonight. You have to just do it.

Think about why you want to work out, why you want to get into awesome shape. Think of all the times you were thought of as "weak", and say to yourself: "It's time to prove them wrong." Everyday you get off your regiment you've succumbed and proven them right.
