Subject: Was I right to send this employee home

Brainwashing, idiotic media: "hur dur, vido gaems cas vilenc n iz nt gud. dey ned 2 b baned."

Logic: Really? Then please explain how there's violence in third world countries. I guess they're all poor due to the large amount of video games they buy.

Should of gave him some Gas-X.

You sound like a bit of a dick

And he supposedly works in retail.

OP, some people are sensitive and like I previously said, you have have seriously humiliated him because of things you're unaware of.

Not really sure, but you did seem to be a little rude for sending him off without even asking what was wrong.

You would think that at 22 you wouldnt need your mommy for this but....
>implying he told his mother to call you up instead of the far more likely situation of him telling his mother and her getting angry all by her self and calling you up because of her over-protectiveness.

Could have spared the kid's feelings by stealthy spraying fabreeze around the store.

TRU7H. CARNAGE. BUNGIE

a day off from the manager? I see no problem with that...

This made me laugh. The only time my manager sent me home was when I was very sick and about to faint

I agree that all presidents should serve 2 terms. 1 in office and 1 in prison

Wait...22 years old and his mom called?

  • 12.03.2012 6:22 AM PDT

Should have told him to go take a -blam!-.

Butt ugly ape” remarked Sergeant Johnson always making fun out of the situation even though he had been hit by a spiker round in the arm. He mustered up the strength to continue and the team moved on. The Arbiter informed him that the next room held The Prophet of Truth and this was the final room before extraction. Jun proposed that he takes a shot from a distance the prophet and they all head back to the ship bay for extraction. The team agreed on this and breached the last door…

Lmao, that should be illegal.

I work as a manager in a retail store and I had a problem with an employee today. I had a 22 year old worker I had to send home early.

His attitude was fine, he was working really hard and he was polite to all of the customers

But he had a extreme flatulence problem. Boy was he farting, and it smelled bad. About 1 hour after I sent him home his mommy called and told me she was upset with me for being mean. She thinks it was very unprofessional for me to send him home for a little gas (I wanted to tell her she was just mad because she had to smell it).

Who was wrong, the smelter or the deleter?

I've read this a few times now and I find it hard to believe you are over 16 years old, let alone a Manager in a store.
