Honestly, real talk advice, I think your best bet is to talk to a counselor/your parents and see if you can be homeschooled/take your high school classes online.
avoiding situations that make you uncomfortable is not the way forward.
i tried doing that for a year and a half and it only made me more miserable.
at one point i didn't come out of my room for 3 days because there was always someone in the kitchen or the hallway whom i would have to interact with.

the only reason i'm not quite as miserable now is that i forced myself into uncomfortable situations and managed to become friends enough with people that we did things outside of classes together. it sounds scary (and by God it is) but it is worth it.

I have been for a while now. It's not a magical solution I don't even know why I go anymore.

"We are the next generation of soldiers, an A.I built for war. We battle the darkness for humanity. We are the Caedus A.I"

What is GAD?
Is it:
Generalized anxiety disorder
or
Glutamate decarboxylase

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

I don't get any of that.
I would think asking your teachers for any work for the days you miss could bring your grades up, but I don't know how you would get rid of the physical problems.
Good luck.

Only reason I say that is OP should focus on graduating first and overcoming his problem later.

I'm sure the night will be darkest before the dawn, etc. and he'll have a rough time getting over things if he confronts his fears head on for some time. While good he got over it, failing high school hard might not be worth the tradeoff success.

I know personally I'd facepalm at any resume where someone had a GED instead of graduating the normal way.
