Subject: How long will Superheroes stay popular?

Well what do you think Flood?

I think they'll stay popular for quite some time. Kind of like Grimms' fairy tales we all know today such as Rapunzel, the Elves and the Shoemaker, Cinderella, Hansel and Grethel, etc.

I think that in the year 2500 there will still be stories/movies/video games, whatever form of entertainment they have in the future of Batman, Spiderman, Xmen, Ironman, etc.

They will never go away, ever.

I can't see them dying out in my lifetime.

As long as people are interested in them, they'll be here.

Folks need heroes. They will never die.

If we disagree, it's nothing personal, opinions are opinions.
Antagonizing me to build a false sense of worth is so damn cute.

Brighten your day with science.

They're too interesting to fade away.

So many people are immersed in the story and character regardless of age.

In the year 2500, there will be whole religions and philosophical schools attached to superheroes.

Welp, that's the end of the Nolan's Batman trilogy, I guess we're back to semi-mediocre -blam!- like Avenger's Assemble... :(

The only reason they're still popular is because of the recent flood of superhero movies.

Superhero movies have been done since the superheroes were first created.

I mean it's only been about 80 years since the modern superhero was created, but since then every decade has created comics for them as well as movies. I feel like this will never end. They are the fairy tales of today and of tomorrow. Of course fairy tales like Snow White or whatever will not get replaced, but it seems like Superheroes have joined the ranks of those stories.

Anybody agree?

There was no GOOD ironman, hulk, batman, movie before the modern creations from Disney damn it! Superman still fails lol. If those movies were never made, I -blam!- you not, we'd forget about them.

The comics are mediocre at best now. They've made the heroes so godly that they can't even get hurt, not a single weakness for Iron Man, he's barely even a god damn human being!

Studies show that men think about sex every 7 seconds. I do my best to eat hotdogs in under 6, just so things don't get weird.

Please allow me to introduce Myself
I'm a man of wealth and taste
I've been around for a long, long year
Stole many a man's soul and faith

We've always had our stories about champions with powers. No culture is exempt. Its only a matter of time before Superman and Captain America join Achilles in the pantheon of human mythos.

Instead of Plato's Allegory of the Cave, you'll get Gilberto's Allegory of the Batcave.

Instead of Arstotle's Metaphysics, you'll get Alice Throttle's Metahumans.

Instead of John Locke's Essay on Human Understanding, you'll get Joe Crock's Essay on Superhuman Worshiping.

Instead of Rene Descartes' Discourse on the Method (of Rightly Conducting the Reason, and Seeking Truth in the Sciences), you'll get John A Letart's Dialogue on the Supermethod (Giving Yourself Super Powers with Freak Lab "Accidents".)

Everyone wins!!!

Maybe you don't think those movies were good, but I'm pretty sure people loved the old Batman and Superman movies when they were first released.

Also, Ironman gets hurt all the time, do you want them to kill them off or something? Read the comics and the type of -blam!- they do in those, you'd be asking for them to be even more powerful in the movies.
