Never make me angry. I am a Hitman and I can easily find you and take you out.

I purchased this item yesterday. I really love to draw cartoony (comics) and I want to take a step forward.

I searched for a long while between Wacom Bamboo tablets. This one seems to have all the stuff I want and need. Though, I'm still not sure what a Bamboo Dock is. It said I would get 2 full programs (Photoshop and ArtRage) with it. Oh, and it was also the cheapest! :D

Flood, do you think I chose the right one? Do you have a Drawing tablet? If so, have you become better in drawing after using a drawing tablet for a while?

Be sure to tell everyone how cool you are. If you don't tell them, they won't know.

You will definitely get more comfortable with any tablet the more you use it.

The thing is though, its a totally weird way of drawing. I personally think tablets like the one you use (and I used to use) are ultimately limiting and will negatively impact your ability at some level.

If you have the money to drop ($1,000+ ~ 2,000 for a good one), pick up a Cintiq instead. Being able to draw directly on the screen is infinitely superior to drawing on a "traditional" tablet. You probably won't want to or even be able to go back after switching.

I'm always up to see some of the Flood's work (if it isn't something shocking or extremely gore). You can just post them in this thread if you like.

I have a Cintiq and a Bamboo tablet myself that I use regularly. My Bamboo tablet replaced my old Intuos 2 and has served me well. You don't need anything fancy to make something great and in my opinion, the bamboo is more that sufficient.

Unfortuneatly that's too expensive for me. But I first will try out this tablet. I haven't received it yet. It should come tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.

I've read a lot of good reviews about it. Someone even suggested to put a piece of A4 paper under the tablet to make it feel more like you're drawing on actual paper. But I don't think I need to use that trick.

I'm glad you're positive about it. :)
