I'd say Goblet of Fire was my favorite.
I take issue with the whole plot of the Goblet of Fire. I don't see why they have to submit to the "binding magical contract" of the cup, what authority does the cup hold? What is it going to do if Harry just says "you know what guys, this -blam!- sounds dangerous! I'm 14 and you're throwing me into a competition full of people who have 3 years extra experience than me". Harry is late for one of the Tasks and the cup doesn't make him apparate there or anything.
The whole thing with Voldemort could have been averted. Moody could have simply turned something else into a portkey to the graveyard, invited Harry back to his classroom after a lesson (like he did with neville), and then just make him touch the portkey.
It's just morally questionable that they'd do this to a 14 year old boy!
