When my brother graduated college and move on to law school he swore he would stop playing video games. Now he is a full fledged lawyer and is doing pretty good right now, but he still plays video games and says he doesn't picture himself ever completely quitting.

So do you think you will ever stop all together?

I feeling one day I'll just be completely bored of them and stop.

  • 12.03.2012 3:18 PM PDT

Nah, I'll die before I stop playing games.

  • 12.03.2012 3:19 PM PDT

Unless motion controls begin outphase controllers, I can't imagine ever leaving video games.

I don't want to, but the way things are looking right now, my life is just going to get busier than it already is, and I might have to cut video games out all together.

I don't even have any desire to play them anymore. When I'm bored I'll play a couple games of Halo or CoD, do a little leveling on an RPG, but only for 1-2 hours max.

I thought I would be playing games my whole life but I don't know about that anymore.

What house has a rocket pod, has legs, and has a long narrow barrel that probably shoots something powerful?

Sounds like you're describing the lower half of my body, actually.

No. I am also going to try and get into the video game industry.

There is a huge difference between growing out of video games now and "they are for kids" back in the day. We grew up with them and they are just something you do. It use to be just another toy. I mean sure I'll more than likely stop someday but it will just happen. It won't be a conscience decision.

Studies show that men think about sex every 7 seconds. I do my best to eat hotdogs in under 6, just so things don't get weird.

Please allow me to introduce Myself
I'm a man of wealth and taste
I've been around for a long, long year
Stole many a man's soul and faith

Lets see..,I'm 37 and I still play. What do you think?

  • 12.03.2012 3:24 PM PDT

Well, I definitely find less time to play console games these days what with all the programming classes I take. Lots of League of Legends, not so much in the way of my console games.

  • 12.03.2012 3:25 PM PDT

No thought required, just spawn and GOOOOOOOOOOO

If videogames keep going in the direction they have been going for the past 5 years? I'll stop buying new games, and just play old games forever.

Videogames are REALLY bad, compared to how good they used to be.

This along with digital only games...I like my hard copies in my hands.

  • 12.03.2012 4:13 PM PDT

Yes I'm already getting the feeling which is mostly because games aren't getting much better they just don't give me that Halo 2/Halo 3 level of excitement.

  • 12.03.2012 4:15 PM PDT

Major props to my hommie Sheeef. He made Recon possible for me. Long time recovering emails and passwords. And it was his. lol.

I really don't see myself stopping any time soon, I've been a gamer since I was 5 years old. But who knows, I could end up losing interest a few years or so down the road.

You look around. You fire your weapon before you realize.
Its just me. I fall and you walk up. You cry why.
When i pop up. You look at me in wonder. I say,"ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL."
You bend to my will and go to a cliff, walk off, and fall.
The last thing you hear is me stating as fact,"All will fail the battle of life, you just went early"
