The world premieres for the show have been 'revealed' supposedly. Among them is The Last of Us, the new Gears of War, and the South Park game.
My question: Where's Destiny!? : (
Is there a chance they could sneak in undetected? From my past experience, "World Premiere" by VGA standards typically means it is either A) gameplay footage for a game that hasn't had gameplay footage released yet (as would be the case for GOW: Judgment and South Park) or B) gameplay footage of a new section for a game that has already had some footage shown. (As the case may be for The Last of Us.)
Actual new reveals at the VGA's are kept quiet, at least from what I remember. I've only watched the last 2 years.
Who is to say there won't be any gameplay/cinematics? I don't mean to say there won't be. I'm just pointing at that the real "world premieres" are kept secret. What they announce as "world premieres" before the show is usually just new footage of announced games.

I hope they don't reveal their game at that horrible show.Nonsense.
It will be a nice Juxtaposition don't you think? After showing off the "best" games of the year, they blow it all away with a glimpse of the future that is to come...
I don't see your "Juxtaposition". A horrible show is a horrible show. Spike can cram all the -blam!- they want on the VGAs and it still won't matter. They don't celebrate the hard work of developers; all they do is cram a crap-load of teasers and celebrity cameos. The VGAs aren't an industry event, it's an opportunity to advertise and get ratings. ...Welcome to television?
Really though, it hasn't been that bad. At least the past 2 years have been decent, with a few moments excepted(That scene last year when they invited the guy who hated the VGA's to sit next to the producer comes to mind). But we have had some cool stuff come out of it. It give us our first look at The Last of Us last year, and Skyrim the year before. It's not all bad.
