I dislike most of those.
Danger Canyon is overall a very good map. However, the top level just calls out to campers, and the excessive use of the rocket launcher just calls out: NOOB!
Infinity. Now, In my opinion this is actually quite a good map. The only bad thing that I'd have to say about it is the dependance on vehicles. However, a beautiful, and tactical map to play on.
Gephryphobia. When I first saw (and played) it, I thought "Whoa, this map is easily the best and coolest." That was before I noticed the 4 banshees and 4 sniper rifles on the edges: so, unless you fly a banshee (sniper vs. banshee nearly always loses) your screwed. :'(
The Silent Cartographer was easily a wonderful and well constructed map. Add a teleporter and upper levels, two banshees, and two scorpions, and it is horrible. Not to mention the scarcity of weapons: though there are many weapons, they are too scattered.
This map solely depends on vehicles or grabbing the fuel rod/rocket launcher.
Ice Fields. I'm the only one that voted for this. The layout I'd have to say was excellent. The weapons choices... not so. The rocket launcher or fuel rod gun on the bridge is screaming out "Camper Noobs!" The bases receive little to no attention unless a CTF is being played.
Timberlands is a map similar to the campaign level 'Halo'. Lovely stream, a load of trees and hills. It is a haven for sniper training. It is another excellently made map, though Ice Fields beats it though.
Finally: how could you have ignored Battle Creek, Blood Gulch, Sidewinder and even Longest. Battle Creek is a wonderful little map, personally my favourite, and often I have fun fighting others to get the camo at the end of the creek.
Now instead of reading my post, go out there and frag some players! :D
