So I need to baby you in what I meant by efficient? How about efficient in general? Eating normally > Supplements.
It's not "babying", it's clarifying. You still haven't said how eating meat is more "efficient". Again, what kind of efficiency are you talking about?
A jar of protein powder lasts longer than meat does. It also doesn't need to be refrigerated for frozen. Don't get me started on the land and resources needed to raise animals to eat. It is more energy efficient. So... let's see something to show me that meat is "efficient".
Also a failed link to TalkTalk and a study on the bone density of Vegan Buddhist nuns is meant to shoot down the fact that being a Vegan is inherently less suited for the human body then a normal omnivorousness diet?
A group of people who are traditionally vegans is no less healthy than a group of people who are not. You're having some trouble with the definition of "fact", namely that facts can be proven and real ones aren't just made up on the spot.
Or do you want a Scientific peer reviewed study to prove what the K9's in your mouth are used for?
They're used for whatever someone wants to use them for. We're talking about eating today. Even if the canine teeth did evolve to help us eat meat specifically (as opposed to anything with a certain texture), it doesn't matter. I'm not concerned about the past right now.
The fact that Vegans may need to take supplements to stay healthy should speak for itself when it comes to it having a higher risk then other diets.
How does it speak to the risks of that diet? People who eat lots of meat might need to take medicine that lowers their cholesterol.
I'll refrain from posting more links since any I find will won't be peer reviewed and approved of by the University of blah.
Or is it because you know you don't know what you're talking about and you actual studies would go over your head? Try Google Scholar (if you can handle it).
