Subject: Walking Dead Fans are so annoying

"98% of teenagers surround there mind with rap. If you part of the 2% that stayed with rock, put this in your signature."

I feel like all the average Walking Dead fans are so suceptable to everything the writers want. Everybody loves Michonne, but she's just a terrible character. She is nothing more than a sword and a frown with dreadlocks. The Governor didn't do anything to her that warrented everything she did to him over the course of Season 3A. And why do people hate the Governor so much? What did he do? He's no worse than Rick. Rick will kill for his people, I just think that its worse for The Governor because he's leading a larger group of survivors. People may complain that he's crazy, but he did lose his daughter, and was holding onto the hope that she might someday come back. And another thing about Michonne, she -blam!-ed Team Prison over real bad. The Governer wouldn't hate them so much if Michonne didn't kill Penny, well what was left of her.

tl;dr: I rant about how much I hate Michonne and sympathise and actually love The Governors charcter

Edit: Lol, I laughed at all the Walking Dad comments

Walking Dad Fans are so annoying

Seriously, all they do is brag about how many miles their favourite dad walked.

No one cares.

My dad is paralyzed from the waist down and I find this a little offensive.

Hey, dad's have a right to maintain their physical health! I applaud them for setting aside the time to go for a walk.

The Governor was planning on slaughtering the Prison gang for no reason. Obviously he's one crazy and evil man.

He's just protecting his town, and Ricks group was a threat

I like to play Reach for fun. I hate MLG, campers, armor lock, and team killers because they ruin that fun. Deal with it.

Protecting them from what exactly? Rick's group would have had no reason to go to Woodbury had Merle not kidnapped Glenn and Maggie. There was also a good chance that Rick's group would have never discovered Woodbury on their own. And even if they did, they would've tried to join it; they wouldn't mean any harm.

So I guess he was protecting the town from the group of soldiers he ambushed.

I am a monument to all your sins

The Governor is a complex character. He doesn't appear to be completely evil, and I think he does genuinely care about his people, but he clearly has a sadistic and megalomaniacal side to him. The way he grinned and laughed as he killed those soldiers was disturbing and very telling of his true nature. He was also prepared to murder rick's group for no reason. He also demonstrated his obsession with control when he forced maggie to strip, although he didn't appear to -blam!- her, which is something I guess. He is not a good person, and I have a feeling that Penny's "death" will make his dark side far more visible on the surface.

as for him being like Rick, I disagree. Rick has become ruthless and his humanity has clearly eroded between season 2 and 3, but he is still fundimentally a good man. He does not kill when it isn't necessary, (although leaving that prisoner to be killed by walkers was very dark), and had he been the same as the governor he would have killed all the inmates outright due to the potential threat they posed.

Well the Governor had no control over Merle capturing them, I'm sure if he didn't they would've never met, but I think The Governor has his prioritys straight. Thats just me. My biggest problem is with Michonne, she's just horrible

They've dwelled DEEP into her character and personality in the comics, and I think they will in the second half of season 3. Just to give you a starting point on it, the two walkers Michonne had in the beginning were her brother and boyfriend.

I think at this point, everyone has a dark side to them, especially Rick and The Governor. I think the intensity of what they would do varies with the amount of people they're in charge of. For example the group at the nursing Home in S1, their leader was far more ruthless than Rick at the time, and he was in charge of a lot more people. But hat's just a theroy. And obliviously The Goveror is a bit crazy, with the heads and everything. And the whole situation with Penny was completely acceptable with his sanity.

Mreh.

I found the characters to be rather lacking.

I've read the comic, and she was a lot less horrible in it. And she had a lot more reason to want to hate The Governor in the comics, in The TV series, it was just a hunch, til he sent Merle to go kill her, and again that was because she posed a huge threat, she was armed and knew the location of the town.
