I have a question - rather than achieving my ideal weight can I not just lose fat to have that very nice build? AKA. Muscle training + Cardio You'll gain weight from the muscle, so you'd probably end up in the same range.
OT: I'm about 165, my ideal is 170 and I'm in the healthy range. Also, my BMI is right in the middle of the healthy range too.
Thing is though is that I am over my ideal weight. Therefore, would it suffice for me to just lose a lot of my body fat but gain muscle as well? Therefore, while I may not reach that weight it will be supplemented by muscle?
