I'm a bit late so i'll make it short:

Reach was broken bland, and boring.

According to your stats. You played REACH, an apparantly boring game for a full 60 hours!!! You say that you were slavishly playing a game for an equivilant of 5 days worth of your free time? I think you're lying.
Looking at stats to prove a point? That's not very becoming.

Don't argue with fanboys. If you didn't play it for a good 60 hours, you haven't played enough to make a fair judgement. If you played it for a good 60 hours, you obviously must have enjoyed it to play that long!

People believe what they want to believe. Nothing more, nothing less.

Covan was here, December 20th.

Come back later, after he's out of Parris Island.

I thought that Reach was the best Halo game made.

I mean, if you don't like armor abilities, you can always switch to a playlist that has few or none of them.

You don't like bloom, go play in MLG since you're so hardcore.

What house has a rocket pod, has legs, and has a long narrow barrel that probably shoots something powerful?

Sounds like you're describing the lower half of my body, actually.

The human element always mucks things up.

Bungie seemed to try as hard as they possibly could to make EVERY weapon suck.

Lack of the BR made it suck.

It's hard to have a valid opinion on a game if you don't play it.

Halo: Reach is in my top 3 Halo games which include Halo: ODST and Halo: CE.

I, as opposed to many others, really enjoyed the 'bloom' mechanic they added to the game. It added to the complexity of encounters. Not only did you have to out maneuver and aim to win encounters like in the traditional halo formula, but you also had to keep your composure to hold the cadence of the DMR to win the battle. I will admit that there was the occasional 'BS' moment with the system with the addition of AA's, but overall I feel it was a positive addition to Halo's gunplay.

Additionally, the forge mode was infinitely better then the one found in Halo 3. I spent many hours creating and testing maps and as a result, ended up here on Bnet.

Because people don't like varied, interesting, and balanced gameplay.

This. Reach was highly balanced, and it was something that did not seem to suit a majority well... may have been the Halo 2 leftovers.

Grateful Zebra

you are absolutely right.( by the way AA didnt bother me because of playlists that didnt involve them)

Armor lock.

Other than that, pretty flawless.

Because it wasn't Halo 3 2.0
