Not being racist, but racism and racist people. Know what's ironic? How nearly every comedian uses racial stereotypes as the base for many of their jokes and I've noticed a trend among comedians recently, more and more comedians are voicing their disapproval of racism, and urging people to change their views and help eliminate racism (Which will never happen, unfortunately), yet these same comedians go ahead and use racism and racial stereotypes in the majority of their jokes.
"Hurr, I dun liek racisem! Now i'ma make jokes 'bout peples skin colers!"
Anyone else notice this?
Also, who's your favorite comedian? Daneil Tosh is one of my favorite comedians simply because nobody is safe with him, he isn't biased towards making fun of just one race or type of person.
I also like Steve Byrn, Chris Rock, Jo Koy, Amy Schumer (Spelling?), and Kevin Hart. There's too many to name, honestly.
EDIT: Even if a comedian is using racism in his jokes only to mock it, that doesn't matter, as long as we continue to perpetuate racial stereotypes no matter how it's done or why, they will never go away, racism will stay.
