Didact vs. Starkiller

Are vs. Threads still abundant and out of hand here? With respect, oh well. I haven't been to this site in a long time so I wouldn't know. I wont be here for much longer either, so I think we can relax.

Love your friends, Die laughing.

Depends on which one is more prominent in the use of the force.

There's a “U” and “I” in union but just an “I” in my beliefs

The one with the force.

Didact's little "force" powers are completely artificial. I'm sure Cortana could have found a way to disable it so we could have a proper boss battle instead of that QTE.

Starkiller is OP for the Star Wars universe IMO. He he was just created so that little neckbeards losers think the force is anything more than that was portrayed within the movies.

A cornered fox is more dangerous than a jackal.

And from FOX, two phantoms were born.

Starkiller.

Dude was crazy OP.

Somebody hasn't read the expanded universe.

Starkiller.

The Didact loses in every category.

Galen obviously. He was basically a prodigy child that learned from the best.

Starkiller probably would win, only if someone can answer a simple question: what's he going to do when Didact waves his hand and paralyzes him?

Don't get me wrong, I easily see how SK would win this, but that question remains.

Starwars fans can ask the very same question back. Only difference is that Galen would know where the Didact is just by Intuition and probably grab him first.

Unlike the Didact's powers, the force is activated mentally, not with a physical movement.

Certain powers require you to channel the force through your body, but things like force choke can be used just by mentally willing it to happen.

Considering we are speaking about Vader's apprentice, he'd probably choose to rupture the Didact's body rather than choke him.

Studies show that men think about sex every 7 seconds. I do my best to eat hotdogs in under 6, just so things don't get weird.

He uses the Force to bury his lightsaber in the Didact's face. All he has to do is think "Lightsaber, stab face.".

  • 12.05.2012 12:52 PM PDT

He moves? That's what I think most of them would have done. How does a forerunner protect against a lightsaber being hurled towards them?

Not to mention they can use powers like shatterpoint to make the rifle burst into a million pieces.

You can still move in Force Grapple, and Force grip. Only once have I ever seen a Force power get used without a physical gesture, in Episode 5, by Vader. But what is preventing the Didact from waving his hand and vaporizing Starkiller with his in-built suit weapons?
