Subject: Where are the Rocket Launchers in H4?

Does anyone else miss rushing for Rockets on The Pit?

I miss having a match where people would always have a standoff for Rockets. This is why I loved Anchor 9 and even Condemned.

Now in Halo 4 it looks like 343 was afraid that thumbless morons wouldn't know what the hell was going on at the beginning of the match, so having Rockets would be too OP for the smart team.

They call me graland.

I rather enjoy the fact that people no longer spend all of their time camping the power weapon spawns or betraying the poor teammate who gets the sniper first.

I like shorts. They're comfy and easy to wear.

The rocket launcher seems weaker in Halo 4.

Ordnance drops sort of negate the purpose for power weapons although I do miss them as well

Yup, so let's completely change the way weapons work and turn off friendly fire so you can spam grenades just because of one -blam!-...

343i thought random weapon drops were a better idea.

So instead of simply banning players who betray their team mates too much, we should eliminate map control.

Okay.

Incineration Cannon master race.

you can still betray just not by bullets or melee. I wish there was a boot option though for people who team kill with the mantis.

I feel that the H4 Sniper feels a bit weak in comparison to the Reach one. Perhaps that's the new noise it makes or something. It doesn't sound like it should do any damgae reaally. Perhaps that's just some weird unexplainable Psychological thing...

I no longer play Infinity playlists. Although I think that's going to change once the Crimson Map Pack is released, because I'm sure 343 won't have a playlists without Ordnance Drops for the DLC.

The grenades are so UP. The spamming argument holds no water anymore.

If anything, it's more powerful.

Okay.
Because that was clearly the onlu reason ordinance drops were implimented, nothing to do with the fact they add player cjoice and are fun.

You can splatter people regardless of if there's friendly fire or not.

I do it all the time in Spartan Ops missions that feature Ghosts.

No one should be getting Binary Rifles or Incineration Cannons with less than 15 kills.

They look like a nice rip-off from CoD, but 343 didn't go all the way to let us pick the 3 OD we wanted, so the result is people getting random power weapons out of their asses while others are stuck with Speed Boosts and grenades.

Are you stupid? You get a choice of three drps, and one is ALWAYS a power weapon. What you said was 100% wrong.

Okay.
Map control is still important. People still try to hold advantageous positions so they can use the environment to aid them. Choke points, high ground, vehicles, etc.

People camping at their bases or hiding behind rocks and then rushing the power weapons when they see them spawn isn't map control.
