I've got a fan!

I actually prefer it when people don't hold a door for me.

Well she did give you time to grab the door and go inside...

Sometimes I am tempted to quit gaming. I can no longer play without seeing ponyphags, horrendously bad teammates and mexicans.

Gaming community, I want you to know that you suck.

Go back to asking why people call you a troll.

Also this. If I didn't ask for it, why should I give a thank you?

I like how your sub box is full of science and political videos but your recommendations are full of anime girls kissing each other.

Just Zoid being Zoid ^_^

This is probably OP

If your real life personality is anything like your online one, it's no wonder no one wants to do you a favor.

I'm usually the guy that holds the door open. When I'm not, people always hold the door for me.

I agree, don't do me any favors if im not asking for it, skank.

  • 12.05.2012 8:11 PM PDT

Nope, but I do enjoy making people smile when I hold the door for them.

  • 12.05.2012 8:12 PM PDT

Different Perspective

My easy solution. Open the door completely, then enter. That way they can catch it, but you're not causing any awkward moments.

Especially when it's an elevator and you're now forced to ride with them, when you had your mind set on the next one.

"Only the dead have seen the end of war." - Plato

I hold the door open for everyone, but I don't really care if people don't hold it for me. It only bothers me when some dude doesn't hold the door for a female. That just ticks me off.

-blam!- please. People open the door for me all the time. It's the norm in the south. I don't know how you you northerners do it, but we down here actually have manners and common courtesy. When someone defies the norm, they will be sanctioned. Also, you're one the least intelligent people here. Just saying.
now you're just bull-blam!-. The south has good and bad people. I'm in the south and see alot of rude people about 90% of the population

I am the God Emprah of Mankind.

Deal with it.

It's a door, not really hard to open. Get over it.

You're just exaggerating.

I've met more rude people in Connecticut and Massachusetts than I did in Texas and Louisiana. I'm not American, but from my experiences I'd say that Southerners are more slow-paced and courteous, while northerners move to fast and are more rude.

However I'm sure the number of rude people is the same in both South and North.

I always hold the door for people. Not once have I been thanked. I'm going to start slamming it behind me...
