As others have suggested, build your own. Or go to ibuypower or cyberpowerpc if anything. Alienware mostly offers junk for flash.

Really OP, you can build a computer with better spec than an Alienware, but just make sure what you're doing.

Either build your own or worst case scenario buy an ibuypower or the like.

Don't buy alienware. You'll be paying an obscene amount of money for the name alone.

I love it how everyone assumes that OP knows how to build a computer.

Controlling fission events without incident since May, 2012.

When Dell bought Alienware, its name became used to sell computers at inflated prices without the customer support or attention to detail that made an Alienware, an Alienware.

You're much better off purchasing parts and having a shop put it together, doing it yourself, or some combination of those two.

Not hard; just get a motherboard that matches your cpu's socket/brand, get about 8 gigs of ram, a graphics card (I use nvidia's GTX 550ti 2g, I did have a 450 and it worked great too), a power supply and a case. After that just plug it all in.

The hardest part is putting the thermal paste (or whatever you use) on the cpu/heatsink and that's not really even difficult.

Well, I've been economical with the truth.

Go online, preferably ebay and buy a custom made PC, you can find them they're out there, just make sure you know that stats that you want, you'll save a lot of money buying a PC this way. Also make sure who ever you buy it from is trustworthy.

If you live in Australia I can direct you to a good dealer.

You don't need to apply thermal paste if you're going to use the stock Intel/AMD heatsinks as thermal paste is already pre-applied.

If you don't desire to assemble it yourself, you can get a guy at a computer store to assemble it for you. Just to remember to buy compatible parts.

Alienwares are nice, but way over priced.

Alienwares are Dells now. With them, you're really paying more for the design of the case than the actual computer. Some of the cases do look pretty sharp, IMO, but I wouldn't pay that much for one.

In my experience, you'd be better off with a decent Lenovo or Asus computer. HPs are okay, but they do tend to install a lot of extra software on them.

I'm 23, I have a house, dog, girlfriend, job and I have no interest in any fanboyism so if you're thinking about sending me a childish PM, don't be surprised when I don't call back.

Simply type "Custom Gaming PC" into Google and pick a website. Pick out your parts and most of them will build it for you and ship it to you.

Doing that will cost 1/3 of the price of an Alienware of comparable power.

Butt ugly ape” remarked Sergeant Johnson always making fun out of the situation even though he had been hit by a spiker round in the arm. He mustered up the strength to continue and the team moved on. The Arbiter informed him that the next room held The Prophet of Truth and this was the final room before extraction. Jun proposed that he takes a shot from a distance the prophet and they all head back to the ship bay for extraction. The team agreed on this and breached the last door…

Indeed.
