How about none of the above? I can and I don't. 2+ K/D spread. Got it? Good.
Do you have any idea how difficult it is to 5 shot someone with a DMR/BR when;
-He's invisible.
-Your cross-hair doesn't turn red.
-You have as much aim assist as you do when shooting a teammate because of it.
-He has a one hit kill weapon.
-He takes cover after you land 2 shots.
It's not a 1v1 on Haven. It's usually on a BTB map. You don't just respawn amd make a beeline for the sniper, assuming you're lucky enough he's still in the same place. No, there are a million things going on, people in the way, and others trying to kill you.
No, it's not as simple as teamshooting or taking a mongoose/banshee/warthog to get behind him. No it's not as simple as he's doing X so I'm going to do Y. You're an idiot if you think it is.
I'm not complaining about camping. I'm simply irritated at the fact after a beta and 2 years of Reach, spawning with camo is still an option, especially when you have as many griefers as you do in a game like Halo.
Honestly, it's not even that big of a problem for me, but that doesn't stop me from realizing that is, in fact, a problem.
Let me think about this invisibility isn't new and has been in Halo for years so that isn't a valid excuse. As for crosshairs not turning red I don't see the issue since if you die from him or see him shooting then you know where he is since camo doesn't make you entirely invisible. As for aim assist that is a skill issue really if you need such things in order to get kills you need to play some older games that had little to no aim assist in multiplayer. The the last 2 that is no different than a lot of other previous Halos and other games it is hardly an issue. Then regarding taking him sure I am simplifying it to an extent, but difficulty in accomplishing an objective such as killing a camper varies based on player skill and to complain means a lack of skill on your part. Then you act like spawning with camo is such a big problem when it really isn't due to the disadvantages it provides the person using it.
