Yes it is it's still a tactic. Really. What exactly is considered "tactical" in Halo?
Maybe by it is by definition, but playing tactically would imply trying to outsmart/outmaneuver your opponent. Camo sniping is just: Go invisible, run straight across open area to vantage point, let camo recharge, turn on camo, stand in the open aquiring targets, shoot someone, hide and let camo recharge, turn on camo, stand in the open...
You know the best part? If someone does play tactically and flanks the sniper, the sniper just goes invisible at the first sign of trouble and runs away! Ha ha!
Now, you're probably thinking at this point that I'm just butthurt because some camo sniper got on my nerves at some point. The truth is that I did that camo sniping sh** too, and I was appalled by how much it completely dumbed down gameplay.
