Subject: what do you usually say

There are so many ways to say the something.

Do you say 1. Put it in the oven or pop it in the oven?

Do you say "hand me the remote" or "give me the remote"?

Answer the question then give your own example ask what others might say.

I like to play Reach for fun. I hate MLG, campers, armor lock, and team killers because they ruin that fun. Deal with it.

Place it in her pooper.

Place it in her pooper.

As opposed to what? You have to compare at least two things that have the same meaning

"Put it in the oven".

"Hand me the remote".
- In this case, "hand me" sounds less demanding than "give me".

People on this forum usually say "Stick it in her pooper." I'm saying to place it.

Considering I'm Scottish my versions are:

Stick it in the oven.

Gi me the remote.

And, yer maw.

"Stick it in the oven."
"Throw me the remote."
"Is this your homework?"

  • 12.06.2012 11:53 AM PDT

Not homework just having a discussion.

I remember when I used this space to put cool looking links to my chapters back in the day. I don't even know why I'm using it now. Why are you even reading this? You must be interested in me. Still reading?

My friend calls a remote a "clicker". Sounds like something the elderly would call it.
