Because punishing success makes so much sense.

Because uplifting and praising selfish douche bags makes so much sense too.... right?

Nothing better than the smell of envy.

???

I don't get what you're trying to get at.

If I interpret his post correctly...he's implying you're envious of the people who cheat.

That's laughable to believe I would think like that. If anything, they should be envious of me since I can actually hold a meaningful relationship with someone.

There's this thing called loyalty. If you don't have it, you'll never see what being in a great relationship is like because you'll always be seeking to find temporary pleasure for yourself.

Then you both should be envious of me. because I can keep a meaningful long relationship AND cheat.

If you're a zombie and you know it, bite your friends.

The Flood Theory of Deterioration: q(p)=(qi)e^(-p/r)

Where q(p) is the quality of the thread as a function of p posts, (qi) is the inital quality of the first post, p is the amount of posts and r is the e-peen of the original poster.

I wouldn't cheat on someone myself. However, if a woman in a relationship wants me as something extra on the side I'm not going to say no. Particularly if I don't know the guy she's with. Why would I care?

I have a different belief system than you do. I just can't bring myself to be intimate with someone else and be disloyal to my partner even if she says it's okay.

Cheating is wrong, period, if you don't want to be in a relationship with someone else then dump the first guy. If you want to be in a relationship with more than 1 person either decide and pick one, or see if both partners are cool with sharing.

Ew, no. Cheating holds no appeal to me.

Cheaters are the lowest of the low.

*gives high 5*

This seems relevant right about now.

In my opinion cheating is awful, not for the cheater, but for the victim. It induces such an awful amount of negative emotions that can be really damaging.

Indeed. I was cheated on once...certainly made me pretty jaded and cynical.

I take it this was someone you were with for a while? I got cheated on once, but it was only after two months....only thing that gave me was the regret of losing my virginity to that whore. However, nothing else emotionally long-term.

Any PM's (about my armor) sent over Bungie.net or Friend Requests (for my armor) over Live will be unanswered/declined. Sorry! All you need to know is that I was given my armor because I fulfilled one of the secret requirements for Bungie Day 09. I am a pre-owner of Recon!

Obviously it's wrong. Stick to your word and your promises.

I think it's against our instincts to be monogamous, but it's in our best interests as a society to have monogamous relationships. All the same, if you can't fight your instincts and stay loyal to your partner, don't have a committed partner. Pretty easy conclusion. Don't see the controversy.

Agreed.

If you're in a "dedicated" relationship but still cheat, it shows that you lack self-control.

I just want to say that from an other man perspective, neglected married women are usually real freaks in bed.
