Yeah and eat healthier too. Clearly you're not getting enough energy and calories from your food. Eating healthy is not a requirement for getting bigger. You should eat healthy to stay healthy, but if OPs only concern is to not be skinny, then gorge yourself on fast foods and snacks and don't move from the sofa.
I never said I wanted to be fat skinny, just have a bit more mass. I guess...Eat more (healthy) food and work out at the gym.
Is cardio necessary? I seriously hate it with a passion although I'm doing swimming right now. Does anyone know some good routines?
