The only thing that evil needs to succeed is for good men to do nothing.

For those who like them: Why do you like them? When you compare them to the original Trilogy its embarrassing how bad the prequels are. So, why do you like them?

I'm a sucker for over the top Lightsaber fights with awesome music in the background.

I like them because my views on the Original Trilogy aren't shrouded in a haze of severe nostalgia.

It's kind of hard not too when the problem IS almost every single damn thing.

Revenge was pretty good, but the first too were abhorrent, almost objectively so, at least if you're looking at them through the lens of plot coherence, characterization and direction.

Because I was not around when they were release so never had any nostalgia for them. Also I find the prequels to be a bit more colorful and less dull. While at the same time I guess I can't be counted on for a good opinion as I don't remember much detail from really any of the movies. I mean I can recall what happened but the image isn't all that vivid.

This is now my main account. My former account was xKingGhidorahx. I've been on this site since 2009.

I'll admit, The Phantom Menace was really bad.

Attack of The Clones was... okay. I never hated it.

Revenge of the Sith is brilliant. It accomplished what the other two prequels failed to do: Explaining what happened to Anakin Skywalker, the Jedi Order, and the Republic.

These and because I think it's stupid to call good movies bad.

I understand nothing because my life is a conspiracy.

Episode 1 has Liam Neeson/Lightsaber Duel at the end.

Episode 2 has Jango Fett/The Clone Troopers, who are like nerd eye candy.

Episode 3 has some great fight scenes.

Original Trilogy was better, in my opinion.

I like to play Reach for fun. I hate MLG, campers, armor lock, and team killers because they ruin that fun. Deal with it.

People like to nitpick every little flaw with the movies. Personally, I just like to watch and enjoy. I only point out a bad sequence/part/occurrence when it's blatantly obvious.

Haven't seen them. Except for III, but that was years ago. I don't remember anything about it, except for lava and Darth Vader at the end.

To me, the Original Series was just three average Sci-Fi movies. Phantom Menace wasn't too great, mostly because it was quite long in parts. Attack of the Clones was good in my opinion, and Revenge of the Sith was by far the best of both trilogies.

People like them? Who are these people? Im not even a Star Wars fan and I can confirm that the original trilogy is better by a long shot.

Pure Insanity
The point of war is not to die for one's clan, but it's to make the other bastard die for his
Right before you die, there is always a chance to save yourself, sieze that chance and live to fight another day
The best way to kill someone is to fight them with the same weapons they use and make them know you are better than them, not because of superior weaponry, but because of superior skill.

Compared to the original series, they were average for Star Wars movies.

My opinion of all current Star Wars movies is that they suck. So yeah, still average compared to the others.

It's a'me, Sesto

Phantom Menace - Literally nothing

Attack of the Clones - The 2nd half of the movie was decent

Revenge of the Sith - Pretty good movie overall. Order 66, Anakin vs Obi wan, Mace Windu vs Palpatine, all good parts. The only crappy parts were the ones with Grevious.

..for some reason I thought you asked "what did you like about the prequels".

The first two movies were pretty -blam!-. Revenge of the Sith, imo, was better than New Hope (V/IV are my top two). People who blindly hate the prequels are stupid, there were some decent parts in them, but they were pretty average compared the originals.
