"The hero is the one who kindles a great light in the world, who sets up blazing torches in the dark streets of life for men to see by.
The saint is the man who walks through the dark paths of the world, himself a light."

Im a sophomore in high school and i am taking a Modern American Issues class, and this class is heavily biased. Politically, the class is split evenly: 6 Democrats, 6 Republicans, and 1 communist (that's me, according to some online political compass test we all took.) But there is 1 problem, the teacher is Democratic.
This would normally be fine, but it is a problem when every -blam!- video or movie we watch as a class is made by a Democratic or Liberal filmmaker and is favorable in their views. And during open class discussions, he goes harder on the republican students for simply stating their opinion and questions them repeatedly, hoping to make them appear stupid. But when a Democrat voices their opinion, he'll state "I agree blah blah blah...".
I live in MA (a democratic state) but i was wondering, is this -blam!- even legal?
I'm unfamiliar with the laws of 'MA', wherever it is, so I wouldn't know. well i'm assuming something like this would relate to national laws
I'm also unfamiliar with the particulars of American education laws. It would probably be frowned upon, but I don't think it would be illegal.
