It's the prestige that makes the illusion.
First of all, i play the episodes on solo legendary for the following reason: i don't have friends that i can play with, it looks good on my profile and i use it as training for MP.
Now let's get to the point, did you ever played a game type were you actually re-spawn in the middle of the whole enemy armada?
Normally not unless you already played Spartan Ops.
Don't you think the re-spawns are ridiculous?
Aren't the enemies overpowered and don't they outnumber you too much? Sometimes if i run towards an objective the enemies suddenly spawn around me, raping me up my butt hole.
i don't want to keep complaining about this. Spartan Ops has a semi-good story but the re-spawns, number of enemies, enemy spawns are way too ridiculous.
It's like the enemy's get paid for killing me.
To be honest, 343 did -blam!- work.
they made the basic rules of a game type that could have been awesome but instead they were too lazy to test it themselves.
i just complete the spartan ops missions to know the story, after that i'll never play it again!
SIMULATION:
Crimson dies and respawns in the middle of the enemy armada, he dies again and this repeats 5 times, the 6th time he respawns he manages to run away safely. But no, false hope he is now chased by dozens of crawlers, knights and watchers.
Dozens of suppressors (who can somehow hit you with more accuracy then a sniper rifle),
binary rifles (who kill you instantly),
scattershots (extremely deadly at apperantly long and short range),
light rifles (really annoying)
and incineration cannons (that doesn't even has to hit you to kill you).
keep repeating this whole thing for 5 times and then finally you complete 1 chapter, isn't that awesome?!
This isn't fun anymore it's just frustrating,
a campaign is supposed to be fun.
This is just a violation of Human Rights to be free to enjoy ourselves.
