Well my computer just up and died on me a few minutes ago and now I have to wait for a dell rep to talk about it. So my question to you is:

What company, for you personally, has the worst customer service?

Three years and nine months later, nothing.

I assume your talking about dell, if that's the case, I couldn't reach a rep by phone on there 24/7 number for 20 mins, then game up, then I tried talking online and the session booted me out. God I hate dells, cheap pcs, but everything else is just not worth it

They've been very hit-or-miss. I've had incredibly good luck with their repair department and one sales experience. I've been thoroughly screwed or snubbed on multiple other sales experiences. What really makes me dislike them is their arrogantly stubborn attitude towards their "infallibly perfect" products and insouciance trending towards outright disrespect for developers and power users.
