Incomprehensible gibberish.

And i'm already seeing results in a plethora of areas. My arms are more defined, my abs are visible as -blam!- (working on obliques), my pecs are starting to crest and my legs are about the same.

so why havn't you guise gotten off your lazy asses and work out? (Only ~1 hour a day every 2-3 days!) And for those who do, when did you first start seeing results? And how did you feel?

Also why is it that people always say it's "3-4 months before you start seeing results"? Hell, I think I may have mistaked weeks for months in that last sentance, idk.

"Hello. My name is Stephen Hawking. Physicist, cosmologist, and something of a dreamer. Although I cannot move, and I have to speak through a computer, in my mind, I am free. Free to explore the universe, and ask the big questions."

I don't lift-I run cross-country.

You look around. You fire your weapon before you realize.
Its just me. I fall and you walk up. You cry why.
When i pop up. You look at me in wonder. I say,"ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL."
You bend to my will and go to a cliff, walk off, and fall.
The last thing you hear is me stating as fact,"All will fail the battle of life, you just went early"

Your body needs time to rest and recuperate to properly build muscle, so OP is doing it correctly. You are not.

"I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle- victorious"

I started lifting a few years. I didn't notice the results until a few months after I started. But after looking over my previous pictures, I can honestly say that I have made a lot of progress. My body is in great shape.

Pretty cool! I plan on doing monthly progress pics for the next year or 2.
