Stop existing.

OT: Let them learn by themselves through trial and error like the rest of us.

Know what you want to write about. Don't create a topic that you're ill informed about or have no sources for. The forums know when you don't know what you're talking about, and they will try and tear you apart for it.
What if the topic of the thread is a question or inquiry? If a user wants to ask a question on say, a system of ranks, and there is no thread/sticky/search result for it, isn't it bad advice to ask them to only post if they are knowledgeable on the topic?

I'd advise that they make an informed inquiry. Asking a question isn't frowned upon as long as the question something like, "Can ducks drive dump trucks?" I think it'll be ok.

...So can they? The suspense is killing me.

It's a metaphor for the 07s' lack of identity. too old to be newfag, yet too new to be oldfag, we wander b.net in search of a home, forever trying to be something we are not.

Where is the part of the acronym that directs their moms in my direction?

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

This is a great post and all, but I noticed a problem. It is not pinned to the side or to the top.

Someone do that right away, or this guide isn't as useful as it could be.

  • 12.09.2012 10:21 PM PDT

"You build on failure. You use it as a stepping stone. Close the door on the past. You don't try to forget the mistakes, but you don't dwell on it. You don't let it have any of your energy, or any of your time, or any of your space." -Johnny Cash

Great! Now all we need to do is make it an automated message for new users. Pinning the thread isn't as useful as people think considering that a lot of new users don't even look at the pinned threads.

I am open to doing free clan tags for anyone. Contact me on my deviant art profile through a note and NOT on my comments page as they will not be acknowledged.

Click on the "My Homepage" button to be directed to my page.

I'd love to see people getting checked for their posts by the moderators for spelling and grammar.

Would make the forums much more mature and organised.

If you run the acronym backwards it says SNOGard. That might be a subtle reference if you want to lean that way.

Hi I'm RT and I like to argue!

Bobcast, don't you know this joke is old and played-out? Our super srs members are going to come in here and tell you how you're cramming this down their throats!

Please stop complaining about the 'death of a loved one' it's my job. They probably deserved it anyways. Here's a warning, if you keep making pentagrams out of the neighbors livestock I will personally come to your house and kill everyone you love. Now leave me alone, I got to get back to work.

I like the 'look at the rules bit'

  • 12.10.2012 1:10 PM PDT

You just lost the game. Now facepalm yourself for clicking this :P

I like this. Let's make it a post in the section with the rules at the top. That way all new members would read it (hopefully). Or at least make it a hot-topic on the sidebar.

Only regret is I didn't play more of it.

If you haven't noticed by now, I'm sort of a jerk.

Needs more dragons. I don't think you added them in enough.
