It is very dark, and you are likely to be eaten by a Grue.

As long as From learned their lesson and dedicates resources to a PC standalone version and not some console port...

What are these first person words you speak of?

To be fair, from what teh puma saw, they really didn't even intend to make one, and told people that if they did go through with it, it wouldn't be all that great.

That being said, it still works like a charm with the resolution patches, and a xbox 360 controller. That resolution pack really does make the game look beautiful.

Dear god I hope you at least used a controller when you played Dark Souls.

Well, they never intended to make a PC version for 'Dark Souls' in the first place. They only ported it because their fans made a point to sign a petition.

Seems promising. I'm very curious to see where he series will evolve. I just hope they don't screw it up, but I am willing to put my faith into this.

I know. That is what I am saying. After the amount of people that wanted it and bought it on PC, hopefully now they will realize they need to develop for it as well.

Yes, it is fantastic with proper 1080 res patches and... yeah I use the xbox controller as well on my PC. One of my favorite games.

Well, as long as they bring in decent resolutions, and... somehow, better controls, teh puma doesn't see an issue with it. It should be possible.

Proud Spartan II, COG soldier, Hero of time, and crowbar wielding scientist.

This and Lords of Shadow 2 made this year's VG's amazing,
Except Half-life 3 wasn't announced.
:(
...

Anyway, DARK SOULS 2 MOTHER-blam!-!

Hopefully they don't half-ass the end-game areas in this one. I want the game to be as polished as Demon's Souls.

Who's got AIDS?

I am so hyped for this. It's a good thing too because the only game I was looking forward to before this was GTA V.

Not really. Tomb Raider and Last of us > Dark Souls II

I love Dark Souls so much. I haven't even finished it, but I the journey just ringing those two bells at the start of the game was... awesome. Fighting your way all alone in a world of horrors, I don't even know how I can feel such a strong sense of story in Dark Souls when the story is spread far and thin. It's the story of the world, I guess, and of you.

Saying that, I stopped playing it awhile ago and I'm trying to get back into it, but F**CKING ORNSTEIN AND SMOUGH!

Solaire's your bro for that. I've beaten the game plenty of times (even beat it at soul level 1) and I still can't solo Ornstein and Smough. If you want, message me on xbox live and I'll make a character to help you. Just give me a few hours in advance.
